Created and written by Emily Jones and Fernando Olivo and illustrated by Rodrigo Magella, the story begins shortly before Christmas, when an unexpected crisis threatens the holiday. Santa must place his trust in the characters everyone believes are least likely to help: the goblins.
Among them is Glee, a mischievous little goblin who is far more familiar with taking than giving. Presented with an important choice, Glee and his fellow goblins must decide whether to follow their old habits or become something no one imagined they could be.

“Children are often introduced to characters who are clearly good or clearly bad,” said co-creators Jones and Olivo. “But real people are more complicated. We wanted Glee to show children that making mistakes does not make someone hopeless. What matters is recognizing the opportunity to change and choosing what to do next.”
That message is what makes a goblin such an unexpected holiday hero.
Unlike the traditionally dependable Christmas elf, Glee does not begin with all the answers. He earns his place in the story through the choices he makes when Christmas needs him most. His journey gives children a lovable hero not because he is flawless, but because he proves that becoming better is always possible.
