Support for New SROs

Dear Superintendent, SSC, DPP and HR managers:

If you have recently hired a new SRO, we are offering transition assistance for them.  This could greatly benefit a new SRO who hasn’t gone through the initial SRO 1 training.  Transitioning from the “road” into a “school environment” is a major change.  Working with one of KYASRO (Kentucky Association of School Resource Officers) mentors is something you might want to seriously consider.  This is a cost-free service provided by KCSS.
